New Leicester Tigers coach Marcelo Loffreda believes the experience he gained with Argentina at the Rugby World Cup will be priceless when he takes over the reins at Welford Road.
Loffreda joins the Tigers next month after leading the Pumas to
an incredible third-place finish in France.
Loffreda also revealed he would be recruiting one or two new staff to assist him in his new post.
"I'm starting to prepare myself and think about this new, difficult challenge I will have as head coach," he told the Clarin newspaper.
"I will try to take profit from what I have lived in the World Cup."
Loffreda said one or two of his Pumas coaching staff might join him, such as Daniel Baetti, who worked alongside Loffreda with the national team.
"Firstly, I have to land, know the environment. I will move around. Then, if I can, I will be able to call up somebody," he said.
"I've always been comfortable with people who worked with me, such as Daniel.
"However, he is not a person who would change his life completely. He will keep on working in medicine, his profession, and he might not help me. Maybe Diego Cash could help me too."
Loffreda also admitted it would be tough leaving his job with Argentina after seven years at the helm.
"We've been walking the same road for years. The technical staff have always worked all together serving players, as I always demanded," he said.
